Grilled Shrimp With Sweet Potatoe Slicess

  1. Par boil 2-3 sweet potaoes for 8 minutes. Drain in collander.Let cool. When cooled slice the potatoes in a 1/2 " slice. Dip in mixture of 1 C. Hellman's mayonaise, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dill weed,dash of cayenne pepper, salt to taste,1 tsp. olive oil, Juice of half a lemon. set aside. Take 24 medium shrimp dip in same batter. And grill until the shrimp turn pink on one side about 1-2 min. per side. remove from heat. Grill S.P. slices til they get golden brown. remove from heat. Serve over fresh tossed salad or cdole slaw.
