Gluten Free Pierogies

  1. blend all ingredients for dough except warm water then add water. add which ever your prefered filling combination.
  2. ingredients and ingredient sugestions are all native to eastern europe & poland.
  3. the only native sweeteners their are honey, birch syrup, or birch sugar. the last of the european bison reside in poland. the bison i sugest is the farm raised american found in the stores.
