Won Ton Mushroom Ravioli With Mushroom Sauce

  1. Food process mushrooms coarse rather than fine.
  2. Pit olives and process finer than mushrooms.
  3. Heat butter and oil in skillet.
  4. Add onion, oregano, parsley and mushrooms.
  5. Salt lightly and cook over brisk heat, stirring constantly 5 to 6 minutes.
  6. Mushrooms should start to color and onion softens.
  7. Add garlic during the last few minutes of cooking so it doesn't burn pepper.
  8. Set aside.
