- (REMOVE INSIDES AND TOPS)
- -- 2 CUPS COOKED BROWN RICE
- -- SHREDDED CHEESE
- -- 2PLS CORN TORTILLAS

- -- PREHEAT OVEN 425 DEGREES
- -- BROWN GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN
- -- MIX IN CORN, SALSA, & RICE
- -- CUT AND CLEAN PEPPERS
- -- FILL PEPPERS WITH MEAT MIX
- -- USE A FORK AND PUNCH HOLES INTO THE PEPPERS.
