Peach Toffee Crisp (Aka The Peach Stuff)

  1. Make sure peaches are ripe.
  2. Bring large pot of water to boil, Add peaches for 1 minute to make skin removal easy.
  3. Remove from water and let cool, slide skin off.
  4. Cut peaches in half and remove pit
  5. Slice thin.
  6. Place in 8x8x2 ungreased baking pan and set aside
  7. Preheat oven to 375
  8. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
  9. Add margarine or butter and cut into dry ingredients or pinch in with fingers
  10. Sprinkle this mixture over peaches
  11. Bake 35 - 40 mins or until peaches are tender and topping is golden brown.
  12. Can also bake in individual serving bowls (Pyrex custard cups or ramekins.
