Chicken Casserole

  1. Boil chicken until cooked.
  2. Pull chicken off of bone and spread into a casserole dish.
  3. Add desired amount of salt and pepper.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, chopped onion, milk and broth from chicken.
  6. Pour ingredients over chicken.
  7. Spread stuffing over top of ingredients.
  8. Dot with butter.
  9. Slightly moisten stuffing with broth from chicken.
  10. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  11. Bake 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
