Chines Schezwan Fish

  1. PROCESS
  2. Clean fish, marinated with Vinegar, Garlic paste and salt for 1/2 an hour
  3. Add Corn flour, salt with beaten eggs and make batter
  4. Dip the fish into batter and deep fry, keep aside
  5. PROCESS FOR GRAVY
  6. Soak garlic & red chilli into vinegar for 1 hour and make a paste
  7. Heat oil add that paste and stir well
  8. Add Schezwan sauce , Oyster sauce, salt and cook for 3 minutes
  9. Add 1/2 cup water & fish cover the pan, cook for 5 minutes
  10. Add Garlic grass chopped
  11. Heat Sesame oil in a very high flame
  12. Pour the oil over the preparation
  13. Sarve immediately
