Slow Cooker Harvest Beef Stew
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon meat tenderizer
- 12 oz. beef stew meat, cubed
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans Beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 cups whole kernal corn
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup steak sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Cilantro
- A few drops of Liquid Smoke
- 8 oz. Noodles (any kind), optional
- Place flour and meat tenderizer in a plastic bag and shake to mix. Add meat, a few pieces at a time, shaking to coat. In a large saucepan or skillet, heat oil. Brown meat and drain.
- In a slow cooker, layer meat and all other ingredients, mix well. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or until the meat is tender.
- Optional: Add the noodles at the end and cook until tender.
