Strawberry Banana Salad

  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in strawberries, pineapple, bananas, and nuts.
  3. Pour half of mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 in. dish.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Set the remaining gelatin mixture aside.
  5. Combine the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla; mix well.
  6. Spread over the chilled gelatin. Spoon remaining gelatin mixture over top.
  7. Chill overnight.
  8. Yield: 12 - 15 servings.
