Chocolate Rum Cake

  1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, vanilla, sour cream, eggs, rum flavoring and oil in a large mixing bowl. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Beat 2 minutes longer. Fold in remaining chips and pecans. Batter will be very stiff. Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes on wire rack before removing from pan. Turn out and cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
