Green And Gold Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Shred
  3. squash.
  4. Drain
  5. well
  6. any excess water.
  7. Chop onion and saute
  8. in oil.
  9. To the onion add oregano, parsley, salt, eggs and
  10. milk.
  11. Int
  12. greased casserole, spread a layer of the shredded squash.
  13. Top with a layer of crushed saltines and then with
  14. one cup of the cheese.
  15. Put the remainder of saltines and cheese
  16. over
  17. all
  18. and
  19. pour the mixture
  20. of onion, oregano,
  21. salt,
  22. parsley,
  23. eggs
  24. and
  25. milk. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
