Divinely Delicious Granola Raisin Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla extract, beat until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt in a separate container and stir into the egg mixture. Stir in the granola, oats, coconut, raisins and almonds. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden. Let cool on the baking sheets for 2 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.
