Claudio'S Babyback Ribs

  1. Squeeze lemon over ribs. Apply rub to ribs. Cover and refrigerate for 1.5 hours allow to sit in room temperature for 30 min before cooking.
  2. Heat BBQ to 375deg and cook for 20 min per side, till nicely browned.
  3. In a lasagna pan, cut up large onion. Add either Orange juice, Margarita mix or Apple juice to bottom of pan (ribs should be covered). Place ribs in bath and cover air tight. Cook in oven for 1hr 15 min at 325deg. Check ribs at 1 hr. if they are soft & tender move to BBQ and coat with bbq sauce. If ribs are not ready continue cooking.
  4. While ribs are cooking prepare Aunt Marilyn's Psyco bbq sauce.
  5. Cook ribs on BBQ, 8 min per side returning to oven for another 32min. Apply BBQ sauce on every turn.
