Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread

  1. Mix together the butter, garlic powder, parsley, onion, and Parmesan.
  2. Pour the mixture into the bottom of a large pie pan and spread evenly.
  3. On top of the mixture, place your sliced mozzarella. Then, squish in your biscuits! If you use all of your biscuits, the center is more likely to turn out a little doughy, but I like the doughy bits, so it wasn't a problem for me.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes, depending on how doughy you want the middle to be. Since you're using flaky biscuits, you can just peel off the top if it gets a little burnt.
  5. Let it sit for a few minutes before putting it on a serving dish. (This is definitely something that's better warm, though, so don't wait too long!)
  6. Just slide a knife around the edges and flip it over like you would a pineapple upside down cake.
