Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread
- 2 cans large flaky biscuits
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- Shaved Parmesan
- Sliced fresh Mozzarella (but pre-shredded from the store is fine if you're in a hurry!)
- Mix together the butter, garlic powder, parsley, onion, and Parmesan.
- Pour the mixture into the bottom of a large pie pan and spread evenly.
- On top of the mixture, place your sliced mozzarella. Then, squish in your biscuits! If you use all of your biscuits, the center is more likely to turn out a little doughy, but I like the doughy bits, so it wasn't a problem for me.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes, depending on how doughy you want the middle to be. Since you're using flaky biscuits, you can just peel off the top if it gets a little burnt.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before putting it on a serving dish. (This is definitely something that's better warm, though, so don't wait too long!)
- Just slide a knife around the edges and flip it over like you would a pineapple upside down cake.
