Crab And Artichoke With Parmesean Cheese

  1. Blend all ingredients in a medium bowl. Place mixture in oven proof baking dish and top with additional cheese. Bake 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
  2. **If used as a topping for salmon, rinse and pat dry salmon side. Lightly rub olive oil on salmon. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Mound crab mixture evenly on top of fish. Place salmon in shallow baking dish and bake 30-35 minutes uncovered, or based on thickness (Cook fish 10 minutes per inch, add 5-7 minutes per topping)
  3. Enjoy!
