Mom'S Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 Package Ground Beef
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 Small Green Pepper
- 2 Large Garlic Cloves
- 2 Large Can Tomato Sauce
- 2-3 tsp. Italian Herb Seasoning
- Olive Oil
- Spaghetti
- Parmesan Cheese
- Season hamburger with salt and brown it in frying pan. Break up in meatball size pieces. After ground beef is cooked, drain off the fat and set aside.
- Dice onion and green pepper up into small pieces.
- Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in frying pan. Press garlic cloves through a garlic press into the frying pan and brown for 1 minute. Add onion and green pepper and brown (about 4 minutes).
- Open up can of tomato sauce and pour into large saucepan. Add onion & green pepper mixture. Add cooked ground beef. Add 2-3 tsp of Italian Herb Seasoning. Simmer on low until ready to serve.
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to water. Add package of spaghetti and cook 10 minutes, constantly stirring. Drain water from spaghetti and serve with sauce.
- Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
