Mom'S Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Season hamburger with salt and brown it in frying pan. Break up in meatball size pieces. After ground beef is cooked, drain off the fat and set aside.
  2. Dice onion and green pepper up into small pieces.
  3. Heat 2 tsp of olive oil in frying pan. Press garlic cloves through a garlic press into the frying pan and brown for 1 minute. Add onion and green pepper and brown (about 4 minutes).
  4. Open up can of tomato sauce and pour into large saucepan. Add onion & green pepper mixture. Add cooked ground beef. Add 2-3 tsp of Italian Herb Seasoning. Simmer on low until ready to serve.
  5. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add 1 tsp of olive oil to water. Add package of spaghetti and cook 10 minutes, constantly stirring. Drain water from spaghetti and serve with sauce.
  6. Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
