Hands Off My Beef Stroganoff

  1. Marinade beef cubes overnight
  2. Remove beef cubes from marinade, set marinade to the side
  3. Brown beef cubes on all sides, set to the side
  4. In same pan, sautee onions and garlic, until onions are transluscent
  5. Place browned beef back into pan
  6. Add marinade
  7. Add red wine
  8. Simmer for 45 minutes to an hour, or until beef has reached desired tenderness
  9. Add sour cream and cream of mushroom soup to beef mixture five to ten minutes before serving.
  10. Boil egg noodles according to package, drain
  11. Serve over egg noodles.
