Chicken, Beans And Rice Chili

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 30 to 40 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally so rice does not stick. Yields 9 to 10 cups.
