TURN BURNER TO MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. WHEN OIL IS HEATED PLACE COD FILLETS IN OIL, FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. (ABOUT 3 MIN. PER SIDE)REMOVE FROM PAN AND PLACE IN OVEN ON OVEN SAFE PLATE TO KEEP WARM.
