Healthy Macaroni Casserole

  1. Prepare macaroni as directed on box; set aside.
  2. Saute onion, peppers and garlic in a deep frypan.
  3. Add ground turkey and brown thoroughly.
  4. Drain off any fat and add tomato sauce and spices. Return to heat for 5 minutes and mix well.
  5. In a casserole dish (greased) combine macaroni and turkey tomato sauce with 1/4 cup lemon juice.
  6. Cover with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake 45 minutes at 375u0b0.
  8. Serves 6.
