Beef Kabobs Over Lemon Rice

  1. Combine beef and vegetables in large plastic food bag with zippered closing.
  2. Add dressing and marinate 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.
  3. Remove beef and vegetables from marinade.
  4. Heat reserved marinade to a boil.
  5. Alternately thread beef and vegetables onto 4 skewers.
  6. Grill or broil kabobs, turning and basting with marinade 5 to 7 minutes or to desired doneness.
