Crunchy Napa Salad
- The Crunch:
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 2-oz. package sunflower seeds
- 1 package Ramen noodles, broken
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- The Dressing:
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- The Salad:
- 1 head Napa Cabbage, torn
- 1 large bunch radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- The Crunch:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all almonds, sunflower seeds and ramen noodles in a large mixing bowl. Pour melted butter over mixgture and toss until completly coated. Pour mixture onto large cookie sheet and spread thin. Toast mixture for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Set aside until cool.
- The Dressing:
- Combine ingreditent in a salad dressing shaker and shake well.
- The Salad:
- Combine salad ingredients. Toss with The Crunch and The Dressing.
