Crunchy Napa Salad

  1. The Crunch:
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all almonds, sunflower seeds and ramen noodles in a large mixing bowl. Pour melted butter over mixgture and toss until completly coated. Pour mixture onto large cookie sheet and spread thin. Toast mixture for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Set aside until cool.
  3. The Dressing:
  4. Combine ingreditent in a salad dressing shaker and shake well.
  5. The Salad:
  6. Combine salad ingredients. Toss with The Crunch and The Dressing.
