Jollof Rice
- a cup of rice
- tomatoes
- onion
- mends meat
- chicken
- garlic
- spices
- oil
- tomatoe paste
- pepper
- you first chop your onion and garlic, your tomatoes
- you put your chicken on fire,
- whiles on fire you add onion and garlic and a little seasoning to make it taste good. leave it to cook for 4minutes.
- yes it is cook now,
- take it from fire and take the chicken from the sauce pan and put it in a bowl
- put you frying pan and fire with a little oil in the pan
- whe is hot put the chicken in it and allow it to fry to get a nice golden brown colour.
- put a big saucepan on fire and put oil in the pan. add your onion and garlic to it. while cooking, add your tomatoe and tomatoes paste to it.
- allow it to cook for 5 mins and you add your seasiong and salt to it.
- after the 5 mins put your rice into the stew or the sauce. stir and add a little water to allow the rice to cook.
- after 10 mins your Jollof Rice is ready.
- take your plate and serve you Jollof Rice and Chicken. garnish it with your lettue and green pepper.
