Cinncinati Chilli
- 2 C beef broth
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c tomato paste
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 lb spaghetti
- for garnish: cheddar cheese, diced onion, sour cream.
- Whisk together in bowl: broth, tomato sauce, tomato paste, vinegar, chilli powder, cocoa powder, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, salt and pepper. Add to slow cooker.
- Add Garlic and Onion.
- crumble in Beef and mix all together. Cover and cook 6 hours on low, 8 hours on high.
- To Serve: Ladle chilli over spaghetti and serve with garnishes.
