Superbowl Of Chili

  1. Simmer together the beans. tomatoes, corn, onion & salsa about 20 minutes to thicken. This can sit until you're just about ready to leave.
  2. The last 5 minutes reheat & add the chicken, & adjust seasonings with salt, peppers, cumin, extra salsa.
  3. (note: if you cook it down too much or prefer a thinner version add chicken broth to thin)
  4. Wrap your pot in newspaper to keep it warm & you're ready to go!
  5. Serve in bowls over rice if desired.
  6. Garnish & enjoy.
