Joy'S And Steph'S Stuffing
- 1 1/2 loaves of bread
- 1/2 c butter
- 3 celery stalks - chopped
- 1/2 onion - chopped
- 2 tbs parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp sage
- 1 1/2 rosemary
- 1 1/2 thyme
- medium box/can chicken broth
- optional - 1 bag dried cranberries - sweetened
- Butter large baking dish
- Tear loaves of bread into small pieces and put into baking dish
- Add parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme + cranberries (optional)
- Wash hands
- Using your hands, mix bread, spices, and fruit together with bread
- Saute the butter, celery, and onion until tender but still with some crunch
- Pour mixture onto seasoned bread
- Add chicken broth as desired - depending on whether you want you stuffing firm or mushy
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or as needed
