Sawdust Salad

  1. Dissolve lemon and orange Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water, diced bananas, drained pineapple and marshmallows.
  3. Chill in refrigerator until congealed.
  4. Cook sugar, flour, egg and 1 cup pineapple juice until thick.
  5. Allow to cool. When cool, spread over congealed Jell-O mixture.
  6. Whip the whipping cream.
  7. Blend with cream cheese; beat until light and fluffy.
  8. Spread over second layer.
  9. Sprinkle sharp cheese over top.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
