Nicks Bbq Baby Back Ribs
- 3 RACKS BABY BACK RIBS
- 2 QTS WATER
- 3 TABLESPOONS GRANULAED GARLIC
- KOSHER SALT OR SEA SALT TO TASTE
- 2 TABLE SPPONS BLACK PEPPER
- 3 TABLESPOONS ADOBO SEASONING
- 3 TABLE SPOONS CORKY'S BBQ DRY RUB
- BBQ SAUCE
- 24 OZ HIENZ KETCHUP
- 8OZ BROWN SUGAR
- 1TEASPOON GARLIC
- 2 TABLE SPOONS CAJIN SEASONING
- 1/4 LEMON JUICE
- 2OZ JACK DANIELS
- PLACE RIBS IN SHALLOW ROASTING PAN
- MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS AND RUB RIBS LET MARINATE FOR 2 HOURS COVER AND PUT FRIDGE.
- PUT WATER IN ROASTING PAN TENT WITH FOIL AND COOKIN A 350 OVEN FOR 2 TO 2.5 HOURS TILL YOU CAN PULL A BONE OUT.
- REMOVE FROM OVEN AND CHILL
- MIX INGREDIENTS FOR BBQ SAUCE AND LET SIMMER 15 MINUTES REMOVE FROM STOVE AND STORE IN A CLOSED CONTAINER UNTIL NEEDED.
- FIRE UP YOUR GRILL TO MEDIUM HIGH HEAT PLACE RIBS ON GRILL
- TURNING AFTER 4 MINUTES TURN AGAIN AND BRUSH ON BBQ SAUCE
- RETURN TO GRILL AND FINISH GRILLING TO YOUR DESIRED APPEARANCE
