Carol'S Layered Taco Salad With Meat

  1. In a 9 x 13-inch glass pan, layer in the following order: lettuce, chopped onion, drained chopped tomatoes and chopped black olives.
  2. Prepare meat mixture.
  3. Fry ground beef; drain.
  4. Add water and taco seasoning.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Cool.
  7. This is the next layer after black olives.
