Bulgur Wheat Burger

  1. 1. Clean and wash the Bulgur Wheat thoroughly. Soak it in one cup of hot water for 4 minutes, drain and Keep aside.
  2. 2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the oil and mix well.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and shape into patties.
  4. 4. Grillthe patties on a grill or shallow fry using a little oil in a non-stick pan, cooking on both sides till golden brown in colour.
