All Afternoon Baby Back Ribs

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Trim the membrane sheath from the back of each rack. Run a small, sharp knife between the membrane and each rib, and snip off the membrane as much as possible.
  4. 4. Sprinkle as much of the rub as possible onto both sides of the ribs.
  5. 5. Wrap ribs completely in aluminum foil and bake in oven for at least 3 and up to 4 hours ('all afternoon').
  6. 6. Preheat grill to high. Place ribs on grill and brush with BBQ sauce while turning frequently. Remove when they are desired brown/charred - about 10 - 15 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
