Ham Grab Bags
- 1 (16 oz.) can sweet potatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. ham steaks (8 slices)
- 1 (16 oz.) can Italian green beans, drained
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar (optional)
- Preheat
- oven to 400u0b0.train sweet potatoes, reserving 1 tablespoontyrup;tlice
- sweet
- potatoes.
- On 4 sheets of heavy foil,
- layer
- the ham slices, sweet potatoes, beans and apples. Combine
- cranberry sauce, reserved syrup and mustard. Spoon cranberry mixture over ham and vegetables.tf desired, sprinkle apple
- slices
- andtweet potatoes with brown sugar. Wrap up foil pouches loosely.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 400u0b0
- until heated
- through,
- about
- 20 minutes.
- Transfer to serving plates, pouring juices over all.
- Makes 4 servings.
