Granola Yogurt Orange Superfood Pancakes

  1. 1 - Roughly chop zest & granola and combine flax seeds with pancake mix
  2. 2 - Combine yogurt, milk and orange juice and blend with dry ingredients
  3. 3 - Let rest in cooler for 30 min prior to use
  4. 4 - Preheat griddle to medium and spread with clarified butter
  5. 5 - Pour 5 smaller pancakes on griddle and spread to 4.25 inch
  6. 6 - Place approx 4 -5 blueberries on top of each flap jack
  7. 7 - Cook on one side for 4 min. then flip over and cook to golden 3- 4 min.
  8. 8 - Stack on plate and dust with powder sugar
  9. 9 - Garnish with orange and berries
  10. 10 - Drizzle 1tsp of maple syrup onto plate
  11. 11 - Serve with whipped butter and maple syrup on the side
