Granola Yogurt Orange Superfood Pancakes
- 1 lb Robbie's Pancake mix
- 8 oz All Natural Granola
- 1 oz Flax Seeds
- 8 oz Yogurt Plain
- 12 oz Orange Juice
- 4 oz Milk 2%
- 0.5 Orange Zest (from one orange)
- 9 oz All Natural Granola Yogurt Pancake mix
- 0.5 oz Clarified Butter
- 0.25 Orange cut in sections
- 1 oz Blueberries
- 0.5 oz Raspberries
- 1 oz Strawberries
- 0.15 oz Powder Sugar (1.5 tsp)
- 2.4 oz Maple Syrup
- 0.75 oz Whipped Butter
- 1 - Roughly chop zest & granola and combine flax seeds with pancake mix
- 2 - Combine yogurt, milk and orange juice and blend with dry ingredients
- 3 - Let rest in cooler for 30 min prior to use
- 4 - Preheat griddle to medium and spread with clarified butter
- 5 - Pour 5 smaller pancakes on griddle and spread to 4.25 inch
- 6 - Place approx 4 -5 blueberries on top of each flap jack
- 7 - Cook on one side for 4 min. then flip over and cook to golden 3- 4 min.
- 8 - Stack on plate and dust with powder sugar
- 9 - Garnish with orange and berries
- 10 - Drizzle 1tsp of maple syrup onto plate
- 11 - Serve with whipped butter and maple syrup on the side
