Summer Tomato And Herb Pasta

  1. Combine the oil, garlic, salt, black pepper and red pepper. Add chopped tomatoes, herbs and cheese. Allow to stand at room temperature for at least 3 hours.
  2. Taste and add additional salt, pepper and cheese if desired.
  3. Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and toss hot pasta with tomato mixture.
  4. Pass additional cheese at the table.
