Mixed Fruit Soup

  1. Combine juice, pudding and sugar in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thick.
  3. Add orange slices, lemon slices and spices.
  4. Simmer 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally. Discard citrus slices, cinnamon sticks and whole cloves.
  5. Add fresh fruit and simmer 10 minutes longer. Serve hot or cold. Garnish with sour cream and/or ground cinnamon.
