Moroccan Chicken

  1. Remove skin from chicken and place chicken in ovenproof casserole. Add prunes
  2. Place olive oil in a jug. Add honey, onion, garlic, cumin, capers and ginger and mix together
  3. Pour mixture over chicken and prunes. mix well. add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly
  4. Leave to marinate for 30 min. Place chicken in preheated oven 180c for 45min or until thouroughly cooked
