Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Heat oil and add onion, celery, green pepper and meat.
  2. Cook until all meat changes color.
  3. In a large Dutch oven, combine meat mixture and all remaining ingredients except Parmesan.
  4. Simmer on low heat until liquid is almost gone and mixture is slightly thickened (about 30 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese just before serving.
