Florentine Scalloped Potatoes(6 Servings)

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Butter a 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients, except 1/2 cup of cheese and sliced potatoes.
  4. In the prepared casserole dish, layer sauce alternately with potatoes, beginning and ending with sauce. Cover.
  5. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  6. Uncover.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Makes a great side dish.
