Tom Yam Pasta With Shrimp And Chicken
- 300g of Farfalle (Bow tie Pasta)
- 1 packet of Tom Yam paste
- 2 Crushed Garlic
- 5 Small shrimps
- 250 grams of chicken1
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- A pinch of a salt and pepper
- 2 small Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1 spoons of olive oil.
- INGREDIENT FOR TOM YAM PASTE to make from scratch
- lightly crushed lemon grass
- Fresh root ginger
- 2-3 sliced thinly
- Nam Prik Plao 1-2 tablespoon
- 2 tablespoon of Fish sauce
- 1 medium lime
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- 1)Cook the pasta in boiling water for 4-8 min. Drain and run it under tap water. Keep it aside.
- 2) Add olive oil, and fry the garlic until slightly brown. Add the tom yam paste in with the chicken and the shrimp fry for another 1-2 min.
- 3) Add the pasta and mix well. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, pepper.
- 4) Garnish the dish by placing the shrimp at the side and coriander leaves on the top of the pasta
- serve while hot
