Donnell'S Famous Chili
- 1lb gr. beef
- 1lb pork sausage
- 2 cans spicy chili beans
- 1 jar salsa--16oz
- 1 can kidney beans, drain and rinse
- 1 can pinto beans, drain and rinse
- 1 can diced tomatoes--14.5oz
- 1 can tomato sauce--8oz
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 8oz velveeta cheese
- cayenne pepper to taste
- chili powder to taste
- cook the meat, i cook mine with garlic/onions/gr pepper but its flexible.
- add everything except the velveeta into the crockpot.
- add meat to crockpot when the meat is done cooking.
- cook in crockpot till bubbly. high or low, but its got to simmer for at least an hour.
- turn off crock pot and add velveeta cheese and let it melt into the chili.
- once the cheese is melted its ready to eat.
- if you dont like velveeta, you dont have to put it in.
