Frank 'N Chili Manicotti Ole

  1. Cook manicotti in boiling salted water according to package until just tender.
  2. Drain; set aside.
  3. Shred 2/3 of cheese; set aside.
  4. Cut remaining cheese into 4-inch strips.
  5. Slit frankfurters lengthwise; insert strip of cheese.
  6. Place 1 cheese stuffed frank into each cooked manicotti.
  7. Combine chili, tomatoes and jalapenos; spoon about 2 cups of mixture into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  8. Arrange the 10 filled manicotti shells atop sauce in dish. Pour remaining chili mixture over.
  9. Cover; bake in 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  10. Uncover.
  11. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  12. Bake 10 minutes more.
