Pancake,Strawberry,Maple Syrup & Vanilla Ice-Cream

  1. Get yourself a heavy pancake pan ,medium mixing bowl,pancake lifter,wire rack,small office knife,good chopping board,ladel,2 desert spoons & a whisk.
  2. Now were ready to begin, wash & chop the strawberries.
  3. mix the eggs flour, milk together with the whisk to make a smooth batter mix(add a spoonful of chocolate powder if you like chocolate pancakes).
  4. Heat the pancake pan real hot, coat with a film of veg oil.having an oven cloth ready pick the pan up by the handle & hold at an angle as you put a full ladel of mix into the pan, giving wrist action
  5. make sure the mix covers the whole pan & put straight onto the gas again quick,a few seconds later the pancake should have cooked, turn quickly, then a few seconds later turn out onto a wire rack to cool. The more mix you put in the pan the thicker it will be,but we are looking at thin pancakes here not frizzbies.
  6. When cool slice the pancake & lay onto a desert plate as shown in the picture, sprinkling strawberries, drizzling of syrup & spoon small spoonfuls of vanila ice-cream to finish.
