- to taste maple syrup
- 100 fl oz(s) semi- skimmed milk
- sprinkling(s) vegetable oil

- Now were ready to begin, wash & chop the strawberries.
- mix the eggs flour, milk together with the whisk to make a smooth batter mix(add a spoonful of chocolate powder if you like chocolate pancakes).
- Heat the pancake pan real hot, coat with a film of veg oil.having an oven cloth ready pick the pan up by the handle & hold at an angle as you put a full ladel of mix into the pan, giving wrist action
- make sure the mix covers the whole pan & put straight onto the gas again quick,a few seconds later the pancake should have cooked, turn quickly, then a few seconds later turn out onto a wire rack to cool. The more mix you put in the pan the thicker it will be,but we are looking at thin pancakes here not frizzbies.
- When cool slice the pancake & lay onto a desert plate as shown in the picture, sprinkling strawberries, drizzling of syrup & spoon small spoonfuls of vanila ice-cream to finish.
