Aaron Craft-Atta
- 1 baker's dozen eggs (grade AA, because Aaron Craft demands excellence)
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced, like Aaron Craft's opponents after a game)
- 3/4 of 1 yellow onion
- 3 bunches scallion
- 1 tomatillo
- 1/8 c Italian parsley
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 c ground sausage
- 1/8 c milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Greek seasoning
- Red pepper flakes (should be spicy, like Aaron Craft's playstyle)
- Paprika
- Lemon pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Crumble sausage. Mince garlic. Chop scallions, onions, tomatoes, tomatillos, parsley. Heat skillet with olive oil. Whisk eggs. Add a dash of milk. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and half of each chopped ingredient and garlic. Add mixture to skillet. Let cook until somewhat runny on top. Add the rest of the chopped ingredients and sausage. In two minutes, sprinkle bread crumbs and olive oil on top. Bake for 5-10 minutes. Wait until cool, attempting to replicate the coolness of Aaron Craft. Cut with pizza cutter. Bask in glory.
