Taco Dip
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 2 c. shredded lettuce or lettuce leaves
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. diced plum tomatoes
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1/4 c. pimento, stuffed
- green olives
- tortilla chips and blue corn chips
- Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl; mix well until blended.
- Stir in salsa.
- Line 10-inch platter with lettuce. Spread mixture on lettuce leaves.
- Top with cheeses, tomatoes, green onions and olives.
- Serve with chips.
- Makes 10 servings.
