Shirley'S Meatloaf With Ketchup Sauce

  1. Meatloaf:
  2. 1. Combine milk and breadcrumbs.
  3. 2. Add slightly beaten egg and all of the meatloaf ingredients to the hamburger - stir in.
  4. 3. Form meat in an oblong half moon paddy on a piece of wax paper.
  5. 4. Create a small trough(s) on top of the meatloaf for the sauce.
  6. Sauce:
  7. 1. Mix sauce ingredients together; spread over meatloaf in the troughs or ridges.
  8. 2. Cook at 350 degrees for one hour (1 loaf); or 45 minutes for two loaves.
