Jumbo Shells Seafood Fancies(8 Servings)

  1. Add shells gradually to 6 quarts of boiling salted water; cook until tender, yet firm.
  2. Drain; rinse with cold water, then drain again.
  3. Invert on paper towel-lined plate to cool.
  4. Combine crabmeat, shrimp, cheese, salad dressing, celery, onion and pimento in medium size bowl.
  5. If mixture seems too dry, add more salad dressing.
  6. Spoon mixture into cooled shells; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  7. Garnish with celery leaves.
