Jimmie'S Leek Soup

  1. Take a four quart slow cooker and put the chopped leeks, large potatos ,
  2. garlic, and chicken broth into it. Start cooking on high. Fry bacon crisp
  3. and put all contents into the crock pot. Slow cook for 6-8 hours, or until
  4. potatoes are soft. Use a potato masher and mash the chunks into small
  5. pieces. Add at least 4 oz of sour cream and one cup of milk and stir in
  6. completely. Serve in soup bowls with a sprinkling of cheese. Serve with
  7. garlic bread if possible.
