Baked Chicken With Plums, Ginger And Soy

  1. Season chicken in salt and pepper
  2. Brown slightly in olive oil, remove from heat.
  3. Saute onion until soft. Add all remaining ingredients except fresh plums, simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Place chicken in oven-proof dish, cover with sauce, scatter with plums. Bake in oven for 45 minutes on 350 degrees F.
