Sweet-Sour Bean Salad

  1. Cook the frozen lima beans until fork-tender.
  2. Combine drained beans with chopped celery, onion, green pepper and pimentos. Combine sugar, vinegar and oil in a saucepan; bring to boil.
  3. Add salt and seasoned salt; set aside to cool.
  4. Pour dressing over salad.
  5. Refrigerate and stir occasionally.
  6. Prepare this salad the day before using.
  7. Serve with slotted spoon.
