Beef Stew With Mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons All purpose Flour
- 1 pound Stew Meat
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- 2 cups Dry Red wine
- 3/4 cup Beef Broth
- 3 pieces Bay Leaves
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 pound Mushrooms, quartered
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Chili Paste
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 8 pieces Minced fresh chili peppers
- Put beef in a large bowl. Season with salt and paper. Add enough flour to coat. Toss well.
- Heat oil in Dutch Oven. Add beef and brown on all sides. Transfer beef to plate
- Add garlic and onions, bay laves and chilis to pot. Sauce until onions are done.
- Add tomato paste and garlic chili paste. Stir for two minutes. Add rosemary and wine. Bring to boil
- Add meat, mushrooms and worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook about 1 hour
