Beef Stew With Mushrooms

  1. Put beef in a large bowl. Season with salt and paper. Add enough flour to coat. Toss well.
  2. Heat oil in Dutch Oven. Add beef and brown on all sides. Transfer beef to plate
  3. Add garlic and onions, bay laves and chilis to pot. Sauce until onions are done.
  4. Add tomato paste and garlic chili paste. Stir for two minutes. Add rosemary and wine. Bring to boil
  5. Add meat, mushrooms and worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook about 1 hour
